Babalu Aye
Babalu Aye, also know as Omolu or Shonponno, has got a reputation as the deity that's all about epidemics - both in the infecting way as in the healing way. His connection is traditionally the strongest with infectious diseases and smallpox in particular, nowadays Babalu Aye is often appealed to for healing from HIV and/or AIDs.
In parts of the diaspora his colors are brown, purple and black, while his associated number is 17. He is often depicted dressed in burlap, with crutches and two dogs. Some stuff he eats/drinks is white wine and popcorn.
